My journey from lawyer to wellness advocate started 15 years ago in an attempt to regain my vitality after a quintessential new mom nervous system overload.

Two babies, a business and no self care left me exhausted, chronically sick and floundering. I knew something was off but could not find my way back to the vibrant person I once was.

It was only when I started my journey into yoga, Ayurveda and plant medicines that I started seeing shifts in every area of my life. It was only when I began giving more care and love to my body and my mind that I began feeling better and happier. I didn’t feel like I was doing anything hard, but I had found my path–to balance, to self, to realigning my vibe.

It sounds simple, right? Well, it is, and it isn’t. Knowing what’s good for you is one thing, but doing what’s good for you is another thing. I needed support from a loving, knowledgeable and relatable guide to hold me accountable and keep me on track with my self-care.

  • We sit with plant medicine, beautiful, live music in a safe and carefully curated space, so you have the chance to dive deep into yourself and find nuggets of wisdom to bring back into your life.

  • Twice a year you can join us in Dominican Republic. Our 5-day experience features activities like yoga, meditaion, breathwork, ice baths, Ayurvedic teachings, and lots of fun!

  • In working with clients, I love using a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness. I incorporate Ayurvedic principles, yogic practices and psychedelic medicine. Every clients gets an in-depth assessment, followed by a personalised treatment plan.

  • Private classes available

  • Join me at Miami Ice Club. We meet twice a week for a short Wim Hoff breathwork session followed by an ice bath.
